Bui Vien will be the backpacker street of Saigon. It’s much like Khao San Highway, but not fairly as ridiculous. Filled with bars participating in dance tunes, tiny beer stores with plastic tables spilling into the road, eating places, coffee shops, and boutiques – you could see why backpackers love it. Bui Vien is labeled as being a “walking
